Kourtney Kardashian Shares Her Weight Loss Tips
As we shared with you yesterday, Kourtney Kardashian has slowly been getting back to her prepregnancy body: in just under four months, the reality star has dropped almost all of her pregnancy weight. While she lost 12 pounds from the birth itself, Kourtney has worked hard to lose another 21 and recently shared with Life & Style how she managed to take it off. But even though she's losing weight, she says her body has definitely changed as a result of breastfeeding and having a baby: "I really like having this womanly body. Khloé keeps slapping my butt because she loves that I have a booty now!"

- Tailor exercise to your life: Fit fitness into your hectic schedule even if it's just for a few minutes. Since Kourtney is on breastfeeding duty every two hours, she schedules exercising around Mason's feeding schedule. "I can jog right outside the house for 30 minutes," she tells Life & Style, "and save the time it takes to drive to the gym."

- Use the buddy system: To stay motivated, "Kourtney jogs with Khloé on the beach in Miami and takes classes with Kim when in LA." Working out with a buddy is often more fun, and you can challenge each other to work harder.
- Don’t stress over slumps: "A few weeks after I had Mason, my weight kind of stopped dropping," Kourtney tells Life & Style. "It had been dropping, dropping, dropping, then for a good week or two, I was the same weight every day. I was like, 'OK, I have to step it up.'" Her fix? Adding weight training to her regimen.
- Allow small indulgences: Whether you want to reward yourself or not feel deprived, allow yourself treats now and again. Kourtney refuses to give up peanut butter M&M’s. "I can't just deprive myself every day," she says.

I agree, it's bad enough we have to hear about this family at all but to give them credit for a healthy lifestyle when they promote diet pills is ridiculous.
I believe it was Kourtney who LIED about how much weight she put on during pregnancy... as this article clearly shows. These celebrities are never accurate about their weight, which leads the rest of the population to believe this is what the life of the rich and famous do. It's a bunch of crap and is not ideal. Big deal if she lost the weight. I gained 27 lbs with my son, and lost 23 of it within 6 weeks naturally breastfeeding. These people are idiots.
I love all the comments. I agree! I hate how Hollywood glamorizes weight loss after having a baby, but they have nannies to watch their newborn while they exercise and shop. I hate the Kardashian family.
I feel like you all need to stop hating on the kardashian sisters they're gorgeous and just because celebrities are losing the weight by doing whatever it is they do doesn't mean you have to follow you dumb ass. That's why E and all the other shows make so much money because people are FOLLOWERS I have a 1 year old and I haven't lost any of my baby fat yet. So if people would stop caring about what others got to say and be comfortable in your own skin the world would be so much better... and for you guys saying you hate them I think it might be yourself that you don't like

Those sister's are hott!! And if they were fat people would still be talking about them so what's the big deal people?? But kourtney can do much much better than that piece of crap hubby she's got!!
They are all beautiful and I would love to look like them but there is an article on another site where she says herself she didn't lose it in a healthy manner. She starved herself to the point they had to call the paramedics. I have a 15 week old and while I wish I looked like that my health comes first.
She didn't really starve herself, she overworked herself and didn't eat as much food to get the appropriate energy for her work outs. I believe starving is not eating food---at all.
well i think that everyone is different, for started kourtney didn't starve herself she work hard to get the shape of her body that she had before the baby. seriously just because she rich any everything done mean she lying. i love the family it show us what lifes about and people sit her and say shit about others and you dont now nothing about them.

REALLY!? Some of you "mothers" are really being immature. Okay they sold diet pills the point is maybe if you tried some of these tips then you would lose a whole bunch of fat. I honestly think that some of you wish you had that body and are jealous. Come on! grow up. I guess having a baby doesn't change some females attitudes. Quit "hating" and get BACK IN SHAPE!
